The Dulaney Room - Roy & Helen Hall Memorial Library
The Hall Library Dulaney Room seats approximately 75 people.
The Conference Room - Roy & Helen Hall Memorial Library
The Hall Library Conference Room seats approximately 8 people.
The Meeting Room - John & Judy Gay Library
The John & Judy Gay Library meeting room seats approximately 91 people.
Study Rooms
With 6 study rooms available through the McKinney Public Library System, these rooms are a shared resource.
- Rooms seat up to 4 people
- Can be reserved for one two-hour session per day.
- Library staff reserves the right to moderate multiple requests from the same individual or groups to allow for equitable access to the rooms.
Reserve a room through Booked Scheduler.
- Register to create an account, or login with your Google or Facebook account.
- Make a reservation on the "Schedule" tab.
Please be familiar with the Study Room Policy.
