Consolidated Grants Application Process

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG and the Community Support Grant are now under an annual Consolidated Grant application process.

  • The FY 2021-2022 application process is now closed.
  • Applications for the FY 2022-2023 application process will begin in February 2022.
  • Projects and activities must meet eligibility requirements as defined by HUD, the city’s Consolidated Plan and program guidelines.
  • A pre-application meeting is held for interested organizations annually in February.

How to Apply for Consolidated Grants funding through ZoomGrants 

  • All applicants must apply for funding through the ZoomGrants Portal. First-time applicants must register to create an account in order to link to the application portal when it is released.

  • A pre-application meeting will be held in February.
