Consolidated Grants

Application Process

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Community Support Grant are now under an annual Consolidated Grant application process.

  • The FY 2023-2024 application process is now closed. The deadline was April 3, 2023. Projects and activities must meet eligibility requirements as defined under Consolidated Grant guidelines. All requirements were listed under the grant portal. 
  • Public Hearings will be held on May 10 and May 11, 2023 for eligible applicants.  

How to Apply for FY 2024-2025 Consolidated Grants funding through ZoomGrants

  • Nonprofits must apply through the ZoomGrants portal. Registration will open February 23, 2024 at 12 p.m.
  • All applicants must apply for funding through the ZoomGrants Portal. First-time applicants must register to create an account in order to link to the application portal when it is released. Please check back in February, 2024 for pre-application meeting information.   Register by email at Consolidated Grants or call 972-547-7572.
