We believe that children should enjoy their experience at the Apex Centre as much as their parent(s), so the Apex Centre provides safe, kid-friendly spaces that give your child options for play as you work out.
Children 3 months through 9 years are welcome to visit the playroom once daily for a maximum of two hours. The time limit of two hours is strictly enforced. For more details and rules, view our Playroom Policies.
