Expired Access Card Renewals

Renew Your Access Card (Airport Badge)

Access cards expire two years after the date of issuance. The expiration date appears on the bottom of the access card below the name.

All access card renewal requests must be submitted via email at airportbadge@flytki.com.

Your email must include the following information:

  • full name
  • phone number 
  • affiliation to the airport

In certain instances, we may contact you requesting additional information such as: an updated application and copies of your driver's license or vehicle insurance. 

You will receive an email when your access card is ready. You may pick up your access card at the Airport Customer Service Desk.

Make payment at the Customer Service Desk when your access card is issued.

  • New cards / badges will not be issued unless the expired card / badge is turned in.
  • If an access card is lost, the lost card fee will apply.
  • Any card expired more than six months will require a new application and a new application fee.

The renewal process must be started via email to airportbadge@flytki.com. Please do not go to to the Airport Customer Service Desk to request a renewal.
